How to Create US PSN ID –
You can create US PSN ID and play Online from Indian PSN Account on same console.
1. Create US PSN Account with US Address – Click To create US PSN Account
select Country United State, State as California and Zip Code is 90001 and city Los Angeles. (Ignore if you have already US PSN account)
2. Restart Console, Sign in as new user using US PSN account.
3. Follow on screen instruction and Set US Account as Primary.
4. Go to Store and redeem PSN CODE.
5. Restart your console.
6. You may login into your Indian or any other account and play ONLINE on same console.
7. You Will not see PS Plus sign on all IDs. That is normal. No need to worry.
