- Dominos Gift Card is only valid on the Dominos India website & Mobile Application.
- Domino’s gift card is for one-time use only & any unredeemed amount will get forfeited.
- Domino’s gift card can be used to purchase any domino’s product on domino’s India mobile app/desktop website (not on mobile website/pwa).
- Domino’s gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Once gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- No refund will be made for any lost gift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift card balance.
- Maximum one gift card can be used per order.
- Balance can be checked from the website www.dominos.co.in/gift-vouchers/balance-enquiry.
- JFL at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of the e-gift card, without any prior notice in this regard.
- JFL maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the gift card.
- Redemption will happen on domino’s digital assets i.e. Mobile app & desktop website (not on mobile website/pwa). In restaurants, redemption will not be available.
- Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, combos, and any after order discounts like late or any specific guarantee in place with Domino’s will not be applicable.
- Remaining balance in case if the order value is more than the voucher value can only be paid by cash. (no other modes of payment are acceptable).

- Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours.
- How to Redeem –
- Log on to Dominos App/PWA.
- Add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Log on to Dominos website or mobile application.
- Add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Click on E-Vouchers Tab to add the Gift Cards. Enter Gift Card Number and PIN and click on submit.
- Pay balance amount at the time of delivery.
- GV validity is for six months from the date of issuance.
