1. These terms and conditions apply to Amazon Fresh Voucher issued by Pine Labs under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (“Amazon Fresh Voucher”).
2. Amazon Fresh Voucher is a prepaid payment instrument that can be used to purchase products listed on Amazon Fresh page on Amazon Fresh
3. An Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued.
4. Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Fresh Voucher.
5. Beneficiary of Amazon Fresh Voucher can apply the 13-digit alpha numeric code on https://www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account.
6. Amazon Fresh Voucher (including any unused Amazon Fresh Voucher balance) has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to the applicable terms.
7. Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
8. Pine Labs, Amazon Pay or their affiliates are not responsible if an Amazon Fresh Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
9. Amazon Fresh Vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48 hours
10. Amazon.in logo/trademark used on Amazon Fresh Voucher is an IP of Amazon Pay or its affiliates and the Pine Labs trademark/logo used on Amazon Fresh Voucher is an IP of Pine Labs.
11. Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Amazon Fresh Voucher terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

How to Redeem:

1. Visit https://www.amazon.in/vouchers
2. Enter the voucher code in ‘Add new’ section.
3. Click on ‘Add button’ to add voucher
4. To track your voucher, visit https://www.amazon.in/vouchers
5. Your Voucher Balance can be selected as a payment option during the checkout process on Amazon.in
