Cards/Codes/Vouchers: Codes will be delivered electronically to your registered email. For any inquiries, you can contact [email protected] with your order number. Please note that these are strictly for personal use.
Pre-Order/Back-Order Booking: We are not responsible for any delays in product delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that purchased products are delivered to you on time and within the specified timeline, you acknowledge that deliveries may be delayed due to:
(a) Logistical issues beyond our control.
(b) Unfavorable weather conditions.
(c) Political disruptions, strikes, or employee lockouts.
(d) Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
(e) Other unforeseeable circumstances.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Return & Refund
If the delivered item is physically damaged, defective, different from its description on the product detail page, or has missing parts/accessories, it qualifies for a free replacement or full refund.
To initiate a return, please call our customer care or email [email protected] on the day of delivery.
For a smooth return process, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).
Products with Brand/Manufacturer Warranty: Repairs or replacements will be handled as per the brand’s warranty terms.
Return Reason: Ordered in Error – Not eligible for return or refund.
🔹 Note: Any prepaid game/gift card that has been redeemed post-delivery is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation
Order Verification
- Orders with sketchy or incomplete details may be canceled or may require the customer to provide additional verification to support the purchase as per our policy.
- We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious orders at our discretion.
Order Cancellation Policy

- Orders with an “On Hold” status will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.
Refund on Cancellation
- Please note in case you wish to cancel your order then Payment Gateway charges will be applicable and we will refund you the amount minus the charges.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
