Was keen on getting the controller but missed the initial limited release in India. Had lost hope on getting one for myself as even the abroad retailers were sold out. Some how Prepaid Gamer managed to secure some fresh stock. Very glad I was able to get one and even happier that the price was fair. Delivery was done in a timely way.
The only negative point I did have with this order was I had contacted customer service requesting information whether or not the controller would be restocked post the initial stock and if they could inform me should new stock arrive. The customer service wasn’t particularly helpful and did not contact me in any way when they did get the new stock.
Overall, a good experience and will shop on the site in the future.

This one is an absolutely beautiful looking controller, previously I had Elite series controller (1st gen) before just like everyone, mine had the issues.
I was waiting for the Elite series 2 controller for a while and luckily I noticed that this one was available, I pre ordered on 11 November and got it on 28 November, a day before last day of estimated delivery date. I am so happy I ordered before Halo Infinite launch.
Fingers crossed hoping this one would last without major issues.
